Please read the following terms, as you will be bound by them when you signup (by checking the box indicating you have read them and agree to the terms):
Month to Month Plans
Month to month plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Yearly Plans
Yearly plans are paid up front and afford 2 months free (the 11th and 12th month). Yearly plans renew yearly unless cancelled. Please cancel at least 15 days prior to the renewal period.
How to Cancel a Plan
To cancel a plan, contact support at [email protected] and indicate you will be cancelling. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email. If you do not receive one, please assume we did not get the email and try contacting us by an alternate methods, such as Skype, Facebook or Phone.
No Refunds or Termination Credits
All plans and terms are paid up front and there are no refunds or termination credits. If paid yearly, there are no refunds or early termination credits if cancelled before the plan expiration date, no exceptions.
